Well, the Premier League is well and truly back! Last week has seen some great matches sprinkled with surprising results with not so surprising performances.
Giant signing Darwin Nunez and Erling Haaland got off the mark for their respective sides. Haaland put two passes Lukas Fabinaki, as Man City took all three points against West Ham. Whereas Jurgen Klopp watched as substitute Nunez equalized against Fulham, unfortunately for the German, one point is all they could take away from Craven Cottage in a two-all draw, with Aleksander Mitrovic grabbing a brace for himself.

Graham Potter showed his Premier League experience, masterminding a 2-1 win for Brighton as Old Trafford. Tottenham had a fun day, netting four in a thrilling display again Southampton. Unfortunatly for Ireland’s Gavin Bazunu, he was on the receiving end between the sticks for The Saints. On the red side of North London Arsenal opened this seasons premier league with a 2-0 win over Crystal Palace

Leicester let a two-goal advantage slip against Brentford with that game coming away all square, while Leeds picked up a win over Wolves and Newcastle bested Notthigham Forrest 2-0.
