The Cork college beat U-L 1-16 to 16-points after extra time in the final in Waterford. It’s the second year in a row that UL have lost in the final.
In the semi finals of hurling’s Fitzgibbon Cup this evening, UCC play the University of Galway and its SETU Waterford up against UL.
