Live Games

Dicksboro are looking to secure a first ever AIB Camogie All-Ireland Senior Club Championship title this weekend.

The Kilkenny and Leinster champions meet defending champions Sarsfields of Galway in Croke Park this Sunday at five fifteen.

You can get up for the match Friday night as we will have a live preview show from Kilkenny’s newest and most exciting venue, Hacketss Bar.

It’s one of two games we will have live in Full with O’Loughlins facing Cushendale in Navan at 1:30 PM also on Sunday>

Clashing with that game Thomastown will travel to Newry to play Sentanta at 2 PM,

Tullogher Rosbercon is set to play Castleblayney in Meath, also at 1:30 PM.

Newry’s Páirc Esler will host the All Ireland Club Football semi-final meeting of Glen and reigning champions Kilmacud Crokes.

Castlehaven and St. Brigid’s will play their semi at FBD Semple Stadium.

Both games will be played on Saturday, January 7th, with a 1.45 start in Thurles, and 3.45 in Newry.

Soccer

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag admits his side’s Champions League campaign was a disappointment.

They finished bottom of Group A after a 1-nil loss to Bayern Munich at Old Trafford last night.

Ten Hag says they must improve if they are to return to the competition next season.

Joining Bayern in the last-16 draw will be Copenhagen, after their 1-nil defeat of Galatasaray.

Arsenal concluded their Group B campaign with a 1-all draw with PSV – and qualified for the last 16 as group winners.

The balance of the last 16 places will be decided tonight.

Newcastle needs to win at home to AC Milan in Group F, while also hoping that Paris Saint-Germain drop points away to Borussia Dortmund.

Wins for Milan and Dortmund would dump Newcastle out of Europe completely.

There could be an incredible story in Pool H where Shakhtar Donetsk – forced to play their home games on neutral ground – will go through with victory away to Porto.

Barcelona need only a point at home to Antwerp to guarantee top spot.

Everything’s done and dusted in Group G, with Manchester City looking to finish with a 100 percent record away to Red Star Belgrade.

Runners-up R-B Leipzig play Young Boys.

It’s up to Atletico Madrid and Lazio to decide top spot in Group E.

Celtic’s European campaign ends tonight, regardless of their result at home to Feyenoord.

Tonight in Carlow four teams are set to compete in the KCLR Carlow Shield.

St. Patrick’s Boys will play against New Oak at Scats Quakers Park, Killeshin, while Parkville United faces Killeshin at The Meadows, Graiguecullen.

Both matches kick off at 8:00 PM.
