One of the biggest school rivalries in Kilkenny was settled on the hurling field on Tuesday.
St. Kieran’s College and CBS Kilkenny met in the Senior Colleges All-Ireland preliminary round.
Leading from the off and never looking back, it’s St. Kieran’s through to the next phase with the game finishing 2-18 to 1-10.
They’ll now play Gort Community School in the All-Ireland quarter-finals.
