The home side came out on top in a low-scoring affair on a scoreline of 1-13 to 0-11.

The other game in Roinn A saw St Mullins face Ballinkillen in Pairc Naomh Molling.
Goals proved to be the decisive factor in that clash as last year’s senior finalists defeated the 2019 runners-up by 4-14 to 0-14.
At the Naomh Brid Superbowl, the hosts proved too strong for Burren Rangers in their Roinn B encounter as they sealed a deserved 2-22 to 1-12 win.
