In a case of history repeating itself again, it’s all systems go for the Reddy’s of Carlow adult camogie finals.
With four games over the weekend in the junior and senior championships, goals proved pivotal with a number of high-scoring results posted. On Saturday, Naomh Bríd made sure of a return to the senior finals with a 2-12 to 0-3 win over Mount Leinster Rangers while Myshall continued the drive for a 23rd straight title with a 6-17 to 0-3 demolition of Ballinkillen.
Attention turned to the junior championship on Sunday, Mount Leinster Rangers younger side coming out on top of a 2-8 to 0-8 win over Myshall while Burren Rangers beat Kildavin-Clonegal 3-15 to 1-0.
There’s a break in play this weekend with the junior, intermediate and senior men’s county football finals on so Netwatch Cullen Park will host both finals on Sunday 9 October.
Mount Leinster Rangers will meet Burren Rangers in the junior decider at 1pm while Myshall and Naomh Bríd meet at the final stages once more with a 3pm throw-in time.
