Kilkenny Camogie Leagues

We have a bumper weekend of action coming your way this weekend on KCLR with 10 live games in full coming your way. They don’t get much bigger, though, than an All-Ireland final.

Kilkenny makes the trip to Croke Park to take on Cork in the intermediate camogie decider at 3 o’clock Sunday. The anticipation is palpable, and the stakes couldn’t be higher. As the players and fans alike prepare for this monumental clash, the atmosphere is charged with excitement and hope.

Speaking before the game, Kilkenny manager Shem Kelly had some poignant advice for his players. Kelly emphasized the importance of savoring the moment while keeping focus on the task at hand. His words encapsulate the essence of the occasion and the journey leading up to it:

“These are the days you dream of and all those players you know and that panel of dream the days like this and in fairness the management they’ve dreamed the days like this too to bring teams to Croke Park. It’s a fantastic achievement. Everyone’s absolutely looking forward to it. It won’t be long until we’re getting on the bus and heading to Dublin but we’re enjoying each day and we’re taking it in our stride and we’re not kind of losing the run of ourselves. We know we’ve work to do but we also know we need to enjoy these moments because they don’t always come around.”

This highly anticipated game is brought to you with thanks to John Phelan Skip Hire. Tune in to KCLR for live coverage and support Kilkenny as they strive for glory in the All-Ireland Intermediate Camogie Final.
