Kilkenny and Carlow’s senior hurlers are back in action again this weekend.
Having secured their place in the Allianz Hurling League Division 1 quarter-final on Sunday following a win over Dublin in Parnell Park, Kilkenny will welcome Wexford back to Nowlan Park for the second time this year.
Kilkenny saw off Wexford in the Walsh Cup in January and are set to meet again in the Leinster championship this summer but the Cats get home advantage this time out by virtue of Wexford having played an extra game at home in the league over Kilkenny.
Throw-in is booked for 4pm this Sunday April 2nd.
After dismantling Armagh in comprehensive fashion at the weekend, Carlow have been rewarded with a trip to Newry, Co. Down, on Saturday afternoon to face Antrim. Carlow finished top of Division 2A, a point clear of Antrim. The sides drew 0-21 to 2-15 in Netwatch Cullen Park back in February.
Throw-in for that game is set for 3pm at Páirc Esler.
We’ll have live commentary of both games on and and online at KCLRFanzone.com.
