Seamus Murphy and Conor Lawlor were last night named as Senior Hurler and Senior Footballer of the year respectively at the Carlow GAA awards in Mount Wolseley.
Murphy played a massive part in St Mullins success in winning their third Senior Hurling Championship in a row, while Lawlor was a rock in defence as Palatine claimed Back to Back Football Titles.
The Master Of Ceremonies on the night was Brendan Hennessey and an enjoyable night was had by one and all.
