Ballyhale Shamrocks Senior Forward Colin Fennelly says they developed a winning habit from the older players including Henry Shefflin when he first arrived into the set-up as a player.
Speaking to KCLR ahead of today’s (Sunday) provincial showdown defence against St. Mullins, Colin says that winning habit is very habit to the younger players who have come through.
He said “It’s probably the mentality that we got from the older players like Henry Shefflin, Bob Aylward, Aidan Cummins, Paul Shefflin”.
“I think that was probably the biggest thing, they were just winning winning winning that’s all they wanted to do, and they just pushed us as hard as we could and we probably brought that on so we did to the younger lads that are there now at the moment, and I think that’s very important to the club”.
