KCLR will have LIVE commentary of the game on Sunday and online at www.kclr96fm.com
Carlow Junior Camogie manager Mark Brennan says the important of work-rate will be a critical factor ahead of Sunday’s All-Ireland Premier Junior Championship Semi-Final against Westmeath.
Speaking to KCLR, Mark has been outlining the important of work rate to the squad in training……
“Some people try to just talk about work rate as if it is some sort of cliche when probably it is the most important thing in hurling matches”
“If you can get that work rate up to the extremely high level, you always going to give yourself a chance, and that’s probably what we are trying to work on with the girls is to understand exactly what work rate is and what kind of work rate that we are looking for”
“Hopefully, the girls will start to understand that and maybe put that into practice this weekend. It’s knockout hurling now so we will have to leave it on the line”
