Kilkenny Under-21 Hurling manager Eddie Brennan says preparations have gone well ahead of next Wednesday’s Leinster Championship clash at home to Dublin.
Speaking to KCLR, Eddie says they don’t have the same injury problems in contrast to last years shock defeat to Westmeath.
“I suppose we had a good steady flow of training at the start of the year and the last maybe 6 or 7 weeks, we had three rounds of club games, you were doing a week on a week off.
“I suppose you were trying to get the most out of maybe two training sessions a week, but thankfully so far we haven’t had the injury list we had this time last year but preparations are good and we are just looking forward to the match now at this stage.”
Throw in is at 7.30 at Nowlan Park next Wednesday, while Carlow are also in action next Wednesday against Kildare in Newbridge at the same time.
