Evergreen have completed the treble of domestic trophies in Kilkenny this Season.
Having won the Pat Maher Shield and the KCLR McAlmont Cup, Evergreen went into last night’s Premier Division clash with Thomastown knowing that they only need a solitary point to become Champions.
And a point is what they got as the game finished scoreless after 90 minutes.
Both sides had their chances throughout the tie but Evergreen held out to become League Champions after just edging out Freebooters.
