Wexford Under-21 Hurler Harry O’Connor says they are in no way complacent ahead of tomorrow (Wednesday) Leinster Under-21 Final against Kilkenny.

Speaking ahead of the Leinster Final, the buzz from the Seniors is an extra factor in driving them on….

“Obviously we are not complacent whatsoever having lost to Dublin last year”

“That’s obviously knocked us back down to earth. Every year is a new year, the Under-21 you have different players, you have fellows moving onto Senior squads, you have younger Minors coming up, so you just take each year at a time”.

“I suppose look all we are focused on ourselves is ourselves, we are tasking one game at a time”

“Obviously, looking forward the game, it’s where you aspire to be as a hurler, it’s the big days you look forward to so yeah, I suppose the whole buzz in the county is I suppose it does play some element in driving us all on yeah”
