O’Hanrahans Gaelic Football Senior manager Bernard Horohan says Graham Delaney will be a massive loss ahead of this weekends clash against Eire Og.
Speaking to KCLR, Bernard says however he was pleased with the performance they gave in their opening game against Rathvilly…..
“We were playing Rathvilly there in the first game”
“They were the county finalists last year and we put a very good show up against them, we only lost by 5 points and a lot of new lads starting now on the team there”
“A couple of junior lads and you could see the nerves were showing in the first game, but hopefully they have settled down now over the last few weeks training and look it’s a local derby against Eire Og, we are looking forward to it”
“Yeah, unfortunate we are missing one player there Graham Delaney. He is away on holidays, but a fantastic player so he is and it’s just unfortunate the way things fell, with the days and that he couldn’t switch things around and he will be a massive but look, we will knuckle down and get on anyway”
