After a frantic week of hurling in Kilkenny, we finally know who’s in the semi-finals.
The draw was made at half time during year’s second Intermediate Hurling Championship Semi-final and throws up two great matchups.
With the games set for this coming Sunday in Nowlan Park, first up is the city derby between last year’s winners O’Loughlin Gaels and Dicksboro, runners up in 2012 and chasing their first championships title since 1993. Throw-in is set for 2pm.
At 3.45pm it’s the turn of last year’s beaten finalists Ballyhale Shamrocks and James Stephens who took their last county title in the replay of the 2011 final.
Both games are live on air and online this Sunday afternoon with thanks to Murphy Engineers.
