St. Mullins Senior hurler Jack Kavanagh says it’s very difficult to predict Sunday’s Carlow Senior Hurling Final between Mt. Leinster Rangers and Naomh Eoin Myshall.
Speaking to KCLR, Jack says that Mt. Leinster Rangers are a team on a mission having just concentrated solely on hurling this year.
“It’s a tough one to call. Both teams are going to be very very hungry. Like Rangers will have the know how I suppose, if I was to predict a winner I would probably fancy them, but I wouldn’t right off Myshall so look it could go either way.
“A few things will probably determine it on the day so it is a hard one to call.
When speaking about Mt. Leinster Rangers been on a mission Jack said: “we are obviously near neighbours down there and they have put football to the back of the minds for the year and focus on hurling and yeah, I think they are a team on a mission and they are looking to get the Carlow Championship and they will be looking to give it a good run in Leinster,” he said.
