Piltown Under-21 Hurling manager Andrew Norris says it was essential to regain a winning mentality back into the club.
Speaking to KCLR ahead of this weekends Southern Under-21 Roinn B Final against Galmoy/Windgap, Andrew says are setting goals the whole time.
“I suppose Piltown haven’t been successful well as successful as they wish they would have been over the last number of years so basically what the whole club is trying to do this year is just you compete and try and win as many matches as you can to try and get a winning mentality back into the club.
“The aim is to try and progress, so we are setting ourselves goals every week and I suppose our target first off get to a South Final then win that and progress to a County Final,” he said.
