Dicksboro Senior Hurling manager Mark Dowling says that Cuala are showing no signs of wear and tear despite hurling non-stop for almost two years.
Speaking to KCLR ahead of Sunday’s Leinster Club Hurling Final against Kilcormac-Cilloughey, Mark says that Cuala are very driven to win consecutive All-Irelands.
“They don’t seem to be showing any signs of wear and tear, they were missing Mark Shutte against ourselves, they seem to have a little bit of strength in depth as well there and as I said, I think they are very driven to win this.
“Obviously they had to achieve that first (Winning Dublin) before they go any further, but they certainly weren’t going to be satisfied with that for the season.
“I really think putting two All-Irelands back to back and not necessarily just two Leinsters back is what they have targeted and they are very driven towards that,” he said.
