Kilkenny county board outgoing chairman Ned Quinn says his name has gone forward for selection for Central Council.
The Mooncoin man finishes up in the coming weeks after 23 years with Kilkenny county board – he served as either Chairman or secretary for 19 of those.
Speaking to KCLR Ned said he feels honoured to have been involved through those years where the county enjoyed such success.
