A late late free from Evan Shefflin earned Ballyhale Shamrocks the title as Kilkenny under 21 A Hurling Champions for 2017.
James Stephens had led by 3 points as the game entered its finale but in the end it was the Shamrocks who prevailed by 2-11 to 16 points.
