Carlow and Myshall Camogie Player Marion Doyle says getting as much match practice as possible is key to building confidence ahead of the start of the National League in February.
Speaking to KCLR, Marion says they have a put in a lot preparation since November.
“Yeah, so we are kicking off the League now the end of February, an away trip to Cork so any practice matches we can get at this time of the year is good just to try and get the team together and playing as a team.
“When it comes to daylight and hopefully it will be a little bit easier, were putting in a lot of preparation and whatever so there is no let up.
“You can’t have any regrets, oh we should have started sooner or we could have been this that or the other, unless you go and do it, you are not going to where you need to be so hopefully with the work that the girls are putting in, we will get to where we need to be and compete very well in 2018,” she said.
