Obviously almost all sporting fixtures for the weekend are looking like they will not be going ahead so I guess sports fans are wondering what on earth are they going to do with no games to go to?
Well fear not!
We live in the age of Netflix and thankfully there are some top class sport shows available which will ease you through all those withdrawal symptoms.

Icarus
This is a production of mind blowing brilliance.
Bryan Fogel toys with the idea of doping to try and win an amateur cycling race and in doing so he comes across Grigory Rodchenkov who was the head of the Russian anti doping Laboratory.
What transpires is an amazing turn of events in which the extent of doping in Sport is exposed in detail and as the tale is told Rodchenkov needs Fogel every bit as much and a whole more than Fogel needed him in the first place.
Ice Guardians
In times gone by in GAA when you grew up and merged on to your sides Junior Football or Hurling team as an impressionable youngster, you generally came in for a harsh introduction from some auld butcher looking to get a dirty dig in.
Well in Ice Hockey the role of the enforcer was to make sure that star players or the less aggressive players were looked after.
And when I say looked after I mean dishing out a bit of rough treatment to anyone who tried to lay a finger on one of your teammates.
This documentary highlights some of Hockey’s toughest enforcers and anyone that likes the bit of rough and tumble will enjoy this.
Trophy Kids
It’s terrible to admit but a lot of parents put way too much pressure on their kids to succeed at sport.

The Barkley Marathons
This is one of the most outrageous forms of an endurance race that you will ever see!
The race is at Frozen Head State Park near Tennessee.
100 miles of body tough terrain has to be completed in 60 hours but it’s by no means plane sailing and their are a number of strict rules that need to be abided by in order to complete it and to even compete in it in the first place!
Since 1986 only 15 runners have completed it which illustrates how extreme the course is!
