Dolmen Celtic Soccer manager Anthony Core says all the hard work during the Winter has stood to them as they go in search of completing a League/Cup double.
Speaking to KCLR ahead of Saturdays Division 1 Cup Final against Slaney Rovers, Anthony says the club have made big progress in just their two years in existence.
“We have a lot of young lads and we have as I call them a couple of veterans there that have been in the Carlow League a long time.
“The lads are really buying into it training wise.
Over the Winter there, we were down in the Talbot one night a week, the boys put in a great effort and it stood to them coming after Christmas.
“Their fitness is very very good,” he said.
That game kicks off at 5pm Saturday at The Meadows in Graiguecullen.
