Bennettsbridge Captain Kevin Blanchfield says they will have to match and better Erins Own Castlecomer’s work-rate if they are to win on Sunday.
Speaking to KCLR, Kevin says they are hopeful of taking things further at Senior this year.
“Yeah well you know coming up against Erins Own what they are like, they are hardy and physical and anything can happen on the day.
“We know what they are like and they will give it everything and we will just have to better them on the day.
“Once you get on a roll, it’s kind of hard to stop them and you have no break whatsoever and it’s kind of a good thing as well.
“We just flew through Intermediate and in Senior that’s where we want to be at the end of the day.
“A lot of it is luck at the end of the day, but you take what you get and hope for the best,” he said.
The sides meet at 4pm Sunday in Clara.
