Dicksboro Senior Hurling manager Mark Dowling says that Mullinavat’s County Football Championship success will benefit them greatly.
Speaking to KCLR ahead of their clash in John Locke Park, Callan, Mark says they will have it all to do against a Team who they were fortunate to defeat last year.
“They have lads used to playing with each other and used to winning so it doesn’t really matter, football or hurling, it’s a good thing to be winning something.
“We had two really close battles against Mullinavat and we were fierce lucky to come out of both of them.
“The first one was to get a draw and the second one to get a win by a really narrow margin so they are going really well so far in the League, they are top of the table, we will have it all to do to certainly get anything out of that game,” he said.
