Former Professional Golfer Damien McGrane says he is delighted with how well things are going in his role as GOLF PRO in Carlow Golf Club.
Speaking to KCLR at last weeks Carlow Sports Panel event at Sheehy Motors, Damien says he is delighted to be involved with one of the top courses around.
“Yeah, I have been lucky enough to be the Golf Pro in Carlow now for the last 8 months.
“It’s been going very well for me, but Carlow is one of the best golf courses in the whole of Ireland.
“I know that and I presume other people in the room know that so I am lucky to have such a great golf course because I am golfer at heart so to be attached to Carlow Golf Club it’s very very strong in Ireland so it’s a good position and I believe that both of us are a good match and a good suit, so hopefully both of us will do very well out of the union,” he said.
