Former Ireland Rugby International Paul Wallace says that Sean O’Brien has been the most outstanding back row player for Ireland in the professional era and should be a certainty to start despite the competition for places in the back-row.
The Tullow Tank makes his return to International action for the first time in a year this evening when Ireland host Argentina in the Aviva Stadium.
Speaking to KCLR, Paul says that Sean is at a different level.
“If he is fit he is World Class, I think he is a step ahead of every other back-row player that I have seen wear the Irish Jersey in the professional era.
“His fitness should be back, he has got a couple of games under his belt and yeah I am hoping he is a vital player again for Ireland,” he said.
