Carlow Senior Football Mentor Tommy Wogan says that the new rule changes in Gaelic Football need to be teased out again.
Carlow played UCD in a challenge game last week with the new rules enforced.
Speaking to KCLR, Tommy says that there are areas which need to be looked at again.
