Willie Mullins says he is unsure as to whether his leading mare Lareena will run at the Dublin Racing Festival in Leopardstown in early February.
Lareena defeated just a solitary rival to record a facile victory in Sandown on Saturday, and speaking after the race, Willie says the upcoming week will reveal how she has come out of Saturday’s race….
“While it’s always hard to come across for the first run, in this instance it is probably beneficial”
“She will be entered, but I am not sure that I want to go there, but I will see”
“We will see how she comes out of the race, her next plan, I don’t ever really make plans until I see how a horse has come out of the race and then we will like to keep them entered in all the races and then as we get away from this race, the next 10 days will tell me a lot whether we can go to Dublin or whether we go straight to Cheltenham”
