Carlow Senior Hurling Manager Colm Bonnar says not registering a goal in their four League matches is a source of concern.
Carlow drew their National League clash at home to Laois at the weekend and are relishing the opportunity of playing Offaly on Sunday.
Colm told KCLR Sport ” We just have to be a bit more clinical in our passing, and how we transition the ball from defence up to attack, having said that, we haven’t really hit any goals in this campaign so far, and it’s something we need to work on”.
“We are still alive (in the competition) and it’s all to play for and that’s all we can ask for and we have do the business now, it’s a huge game coming up next Sunday against Offaly and Offaly have been on of the traditional counties, and it isn’t too often Carlow get to play them so look we are going to relish that opportunity”.
He said “We are going to go at them as hard as we can and do our best to get a victory and then have look at the scoreboard and have a look at the table and see where we are”.
