Ballyhale Shamrocks Senior Hurler TJ Reid says their All-Ireland Club Final triumph means a lot as he is one of the more Senior players.
Speaking to KCLR yesterday on KCLR lunch, TJ says he is hoping their success will inspire the next generation.
TJ said “The younger you are, you wouldn’t really appreciate it, but now obviously I am one of the more Senior players, you really would take it home how much this means”.
“The young lads, the next generation, all those young lads in Knocktopher that evening (homecoming) were 10 and 12 years of age and obviously seeing us bring home the cup is a great feeling, and you would be hoping that those lads will bring that on to the next generation”.
