Kate Harrington says there is great excitement that Graiguenamanagh native Shane Foley is first choice to his Mum Jessica.
kate is assistant trainer to her Mum Jessica, and Speaking to KCLR ahead of the start of the flat season, Kate says all the flat horses are geared up for the season curtain raiser in Naas on Sunday.
She said “It’s really really exciting to have Shane come on as our first jockey now. Shane has been involved with the yard for a long long time, but he has prior commitments to Mick Halford and it’s great to have him come on board now and it’s really really exciting times and all the flat horses are starting to gear up for their first runs this Sunday at Naas”.
