The Bridge United A and B Teams are both involved in last 16 of the KCLR McCalmont Cup on Sunday.
Speaking to KCLR, Darren Doyle who is manager for both teams says that preparations have gone well for both teams ahead of a hectic day on Sunday.
He told KCLR “We are away in both games so it will be a bit of traveling on Sunday as well been involved with both teams, but we are looking forward to it”.
“The A Team play away to Newpark at 11 and the B Team are away to River Rangers at 2.30. In the last round, the A Team went to penalties against Deen Celtic and I had to rush to Graignamanagh to get to a B Team game so we are nearly caught for time that day so hopefully the same thing won’t happen again and we will win in 90 minutes hopefully”.
