Evergreen B Manager Conor O’Neill says being hampered by lack of competitive action throughout the season has affected them greatly.
Speaking to KCLR ahead of Sunday afternoon’s Premier Division Play-off against Deen Celtic, Conor says despite the difficulties, it’s been an enjoyable experience for the young lads.
He said “We had a period there during the season where we had one game in twelve weeks so it stunned us a bit, and it took us a while to get going again after that so it’s a great experience for all the young lads, and that’s the way we are going to be pushing it for the next couple of seasons and hopefully push a few of them into the A Team and getting experience with the B Team”.
