Carlow Kennedy Cup Soccer Manager Podge Doyle says they are looking for investment and pitches to help them progress after last weeks heroics which saw them reach the Semi-Final.
Speaking to KCLR, Podge says the help and funding would be well deserved for the work they produce.
He says “I suppose we are kind of a different blueprint altogether, without sounding negative, we get very little if any at all, we have no ground, we genuinely started with nothing and we have created a kind of atmosphere and a buzz, we had 11,000 people watch our live stream game (Kennedy Cup) against Mayo, we are looking for investments, we are looking for pitches so look hopefully it kick starts things and it opens people eyes to see the work that is going in”.
