Kilkenny Senior Camogie Manager Anne Downey says that Wexford’s problems are extremely worrying.
Kilkenny annihilated Wexford in Round 2 of the All-Ireland Camogie Championship last Saturday evening in Enniscorthy, and Anne told KCLR that no blame should be laid at the players who togged out last Saturday.
She said “It’s hard to believe Wexford winning so many All-Ireland’s no so long ago that they are struggling at the moment and struggling big time, but I suppose you can’t blame the girls that have fielded for Wexford, you would want to wonder where the girls that should be fielding for them and not putting their hand up, it’s not good”.
