Kilkenny Under-20 Hurling Manager DJ Carey says their is more attention on them after the Seniors and Minors both losing their Leinster Finals last Sunday.
Speaking to KCLR ahead of this evening’s (Thursday) Leinster Under-20 Championship Semi-Final clash against Galway in O’Connor Park, Tullamore, DJ says this evening’s clash is high pressure due to what is at stake.
He said “I’m not sure whether the pressure is any greater because we have designs on trying to win this match all along”.
“With all due respect to Laois, this challenge we always had to be prepared but I suppose ultimately, this was always going to be the big one and this is a do or die match so the pressure is great but I suppose the attentions turns more onto us now”.
