Kilkenny Senior Hurler Walter Walsh says been written off by many throughout the year is used as a motivating factor.

Speaking to KCLR ahead of next Sunday’s All-Ireland Final against Tipp, Walter says they motivate themselves to turn it into a positive.

He said “I suppose you use that as kind of a driving factor as well”.

“People write us off saying we are finished, you definitely use these things (to motivate) and sometimes you don’t even need anything like that but it might be an extra driving force for some players, but yeah definitely we turn it into a positive anyway”.
