Dicksboro Senior Hurling Manager Mark Dowling says they won’t know how they are going until the ball is thrown-in how in today’s Senior League clash against St. Patricks Ballyragget.
Speaking to KCLR, Mark says that the three-month break leaves an element of uncertainty as to how they are faring.
He said “It’s a long break since the last game, I suppose you don’t really know where you are at until you get playing”.
“We kind of have hope that we managed the break fairly well, I think all clubs have probably done similarly took a little bit of a break or whatever, and got back into it then, so yeah hopefully everything is ok, but like I said we won’t know until a long way into the match on Saturday”.
