Eddie Quilty from Mooncoin says Blacks And Whites position on the table after the league is not reflective of how good a team they actually are.
The sides clash in the first round of the Kilkenny Junior Hurling Championship on Sunday at 2 o clock in Ballyhale.
Eddie says they’re particularly concerned with their oppositions goal threat up front.
He said “They scored eight goals in five games so they obviously have a strong goal threat, their scoring difference is actually neutral, there’s only a point out of the five games so while their position is three points (in the league), it’s not reflective of the hurling that they’ve played”.
“They have an equal scoring difference, so three points is not the return they should have got, so we would be very concerned and we’ll be treating (the game) as such”.
