St. Mullins Senior Forward Seamus Murphy says that Mt. Leinster Rangers preparations will be much more smooth in contrast to themselves in Sunday’s County Final.
Speaking to KCLR after last Saturday’s extra-time Senior Semi-Final victory over Ballinkillen, Seamus says it’s going to be difficult in the circumstances to deny the Rangers the three-in-a-row.
He said “We all know about Rangers, they are going for three-in-a-row, their second three-in-a-row in a decade”.
“We had disrupted preparation coming into this, was the game on, what it not on, what was going on? the extra-time is going to take a lot out of us as well, a few injuries there and knocks, we will get ourselves as right as we can and it’s always a great battle when we come up against Rangers and we won’t back away from it, but it’s going to be hard turnaround, but sure they will be favorites and we will give it a go”.
