Kilkenny v Dublin

Dublin Senior Hurling Manager Mattie Kenny says that Kilkenny were sharper and fresher who were getting all the breaks in yesterday’s National League clash.

Speaking after the game, Mattie thought that Dublin were well off the pace.

He said “I think just in the overall play Kilkenny was just at the game”.

“I think Kilkenny just looked fresher and sharper on the day and they were getting all the breaks, I didn’t get the breakdown of the breaking ball yet, but it looked to me on the sideline that Kilkenny won 70-80-% of all breaking ball and that was the platform that they drove on and won the game”.
