Five time All-Ireland winner with Kilkenny and Dunnamaggin clubman David Herity has joined the backroom team for Dublin’s senior camogie setup.
The Dublin Camogie County Board confirmed the news at a launch on Monday afternoon in Moran’s Red Cow Hotel in Dublin.
Herity joins manager Shane O’Brien, Michael O’Grady on the sidelines alongside Sandra Tarr (Logistics), John Matthews (strength & conditioning), Laura McCague (physical), Mick Ward (kit man), Aideen Naughton (performance & analysis) and physio Derek Ryan.

Dublin lost out to Wexford in this year’s senior camogie championship quarter-final at Netwatch Cullen Park on a 0-13 to 1-7 scoreline, having been caught up in the controversial ‘straw lots’ debacle earlier in the summer.
Herity says that he’s looking forward to working with the Dublin camogie team for 2016 and that he “can’t wait for it to start”.
