There has been up-roar over the decision to cancel the 2020 All Ireland Minor Championship this year.

The Camogie Association made the decision to cancel the championship on the 22nd of June, after the first rounds were played at the start on the year. Minor competitions will take place however on a provincial basis instead.

Reasons cited were due to a limited time-frame to get games played and the crossover between minor teams and adult intercounty teams making it impossible.

Many supporters are outraged by the cancellation and have started an online petition which has over 2000 signatures all ready.

Kilkenny Minor mananger Seamus Kelly will join us on KCLR Saturday Scoreline from 3pm.
