Leinster have confirmed that record cap holder Devin Toner has signed a new deal with the province.
The lock has won four Champions Cups and seven domestic leagues throughout the course of a glittering career with Leinster.
Toner was also part of the Ireland sides that won Six Nations championships in 2014, 2015 and 2018.
The Meath man is not the only Leinster player to put pen to paper today with Dan Leavy, Jimmy O’Brien and Ronan Kelleher all committing their futures to the province.
26-year-old Leavy is currently sidelined with a long-term knee injury that has kept him out of action for over two months.
That will not hamper his ability on return according to Leinster however, with the province agreeing a new deal with the Irish international to keep him at the RDS for the considerable future.
Versatile back O’Brien will also be lining out for the Pro14 champions next year. The former Ireland 7s international has been integral to Leinster’s success since he joined two seasons ago.
Kelleher has extended his stay with Leo Cullen’s side after he made his debut in 2019.
Today’s announcements come in the wake of a busy week of contract renewals for Leinster.
Luke McGrath, Dave Kearney, Sean Cronin, Hugo Keenan, Michael Milne, Thomas Clarkson, Ross Molony, James Tracy, Thomas Clarkson, Jack Conan, and David Hawkshaw have all signed new deals this week.
