Kilkenny Karate Club (The Budo Martial Arts Centre) is holding an open night on Thursday 19th August for adults who wish to come along and try their adult karate class for free.
They say Karate is an ideal activity to improve co-ordination, flexibility, strength and is one of the best forms of self-defense, and is suitable for both males and females.
The class will be held outdoors at the Watershed, Kilkenny from 7pm-8pm.
Classes are taught by experienced black-belt instructors.
