Carlow Camogie has announced that Swan’s Electrical Expert in Carlow are the new sponsors of the Senior Team having agreed a three year deal with the Carlow County Camogie Board.

In a statement to KCLR Fanzone, Carlow Camogie Board commented…

“We are really looking forward to this new partnership. It is a privilege to have such an innovative and dynamic sponsor as Swan’s Electrical Expert and we truly value their commitment in supporting the county senior camogie team and in promoting the game in general”

“We are thrilled that a local Carlow business with a proud tradition and reputation has come on board as our sponsor” said Carlow Camogie County Board Chairman Liam Foley. “Camogie is played throughout the county with an ever increasing membership.  Our senior county players deserve the best and it is great they are now being supported by a local business.”

Managing Director Sean Swan said:

“Swan’s Electrical is proud to be local, and one of the greatest bond in any local Irish community is with sporting organisations. Camogie is at the very heart of that in Carlow and we are proud to be associated with the team who have been making great strides over the past few years.

Mark Brennan, Senior Team Manager speaking on behalf of the management and players said:

“Having Swans Electrical Expert come on board is another hugely positive step for Carlow Camogie. This partnership will allow long term development planning for the senior county team which in turn should help with the continued progress of camogie in the county. The players and management of the senior squad are delighted with this news and urge all our supporters to support our sponsors”.

Reddy’s of Carlow will remain as the sponsor of the Carlow Senior, Junior and Minor Championships while also been the after match catering supplier to our county teams which we are most grateful for.
