Core values are important to the players at Shamrocks Ballyhale, that’s according to club forward Eoin Reid.
Reid claimed his tenth county medal at the weekend when the side beat O’Loughlin Gaels in the decider.
He says the hunger for victory is driven by those close to home:
“Yeah it’s been a good last, 15 or 16 years I think, I played in 13 finals, we lost three and now won 10 so I’m over the moon,” said Eoin.
“We enjoy winning and seeing our families enjoy it and I think that’s what’s important to us and keeping all the lads happy” he added.
Shamrocks face county neighbours Mount Leinster Rangers on November 28th in the opening round of the Leinster club hurling championship
