Kilkenny Rugby Club is hosting a mental health awareness seminar today in the Parade Tower in the city.
“A time to talk” is open to all from 7.30pm and will be addressed by ex-Ireland Rugby International David Corkery, Offaly footballer Niall McNamee and Ironman Competitor Enda O’Doherty.
The High Hopes Choir will also be performing.
